I think this film pitch is well put together and gives a good insight into what the movie is about. Next time to improve I think you should go a bit more into depth about the two main characters.
The trailer presentation is excellent. I like the idea it's unique as far as I know. I think if making an improvement you should use a blank wall rather than have windows behind which sightly distract the viewer.
